Cookie policy

A small amount of storage. A clear choice about it.

What is stored

We use cookies and similar browser storage to improve your experience and, with your permission, analyse site traffic. Essential storage supports the site; Analytics and Marketing are optional and start off.

Essential Always on

Required for the site to function. Your privacy preference is stored in your browser for 180 days, so you are not asked on every page. Expired choices are cleared when checked and we ask again.

Your question answers, form draft and booking session normally stay in page memory. If a privacy change refreshes the page, an unfinished enquiry and its answers are temporarily saved in this tab's session storage to restore your progress. This copy is removed when restored and expires after ten minutes. It is not used for analytics or marketing. A short-lived preference confirmation is also stored for the refresh. Submitted enquiries and bookings are saved as described in our privacy policy.

Analytics Optional

Helps us understand usage, improve the website and see which campaigns bring enquiries. With permission, we remember campaign labels, your landing page and the referring website’s domain for this tab’s session. This information accompanies an enquiry only if you submit one.

When enabled, our analytics service uses cookies to distinguish visits and measure page usage, including browser/device information and online identifiers. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days in our setup. We measure successful enquiries and confirmed bookings, with the type of service and whether you came through our strategy-session offer. Enquiry answers, messages, contact details and meeting links are not sent to analytics.

Analytics tags are managed through a tag-management service and load only after the relevant permission.

Marketing Optional

Personalised ads and content. This category is for measuring advertising and tailoring ads or content across visits. No advertising tags or marketing cookies are currently configured. Selecting Marketing records your preference only; we will update this notice and request fresh consent when adding marketing services.

Your choices

Reject all turns off Analytics and Marketing. Accept all allows both categories. More choices lets you choose them separately. The site, examples, enquiry form and booking work whichever you choose.

You can change your choice through the footer at any time. Turning off active tracking refreshes the page to unload it, and restores unfinished enquiry details when browser storage is available. We remove known optional first-party cookies where possible and clear visit-source storage when Analytics is off. Your browser can also clear cookies, including those belonging to other services.

Withdrawal stops future optional tracking; it does not undo past processing. For information already attached to an enquiry, or a request about your data, contact privacy@limitlessnow.ai. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page visit.

Other services

Our analytics setup uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and PostHog, using its EU ingestion service, for product analytics and masked session replays. It is blocked until optional consent is given. Analytics requires Analytics consent; advertising requires Marketing consent. For how the analytics provider uses information, see its privacy information.

With Analytics consent, submitting an enquiry also attaches a link to that website session and the examples viewed to your contact record, to help us understand your interests and prepare for a conversation. This makes the linked session identifiable to us; we do not send your contact details, answers or message to PostHog or merge visitors by submitted email. A replay may be unavailable if blocked or after its 30-day retention period. PostHog uses browser storage to recognise visits. Replays show navigation and interactions, with text and inputs masked and contact/booking panels excluded. We do not record console logs or network request contents. See PostHog’s privacy information. A calendar or meeting service you open has its own privacy and cookie rules. Changes to tracking purposes or providers will be reflected here, with fresh consent where needed. Read our privacy policy for sharing, international transfers, retention and your rights.
