Investor reporting

Prepare statements without assembling each one by hand.

One workbook holds the investment information, but each investor needs an individual statement and message. Repeated copying and attachment matching leave less time for the conversation.

Discuss this process

Agree the records and distribution rules

Record each investment against the right production. Your finance team approves how capital and profit are treated and which distribution rules apply. Keep missing information visible before preparing statements.

Review each statement and message

Prepare individual statement drafts, keep each attachment linked to its recipient and review the figures before sending. Add a personal message and retain the communication history. Proposed distributions stay separate from payments already made.

Add a portal when it is useful

A private portal can follow statement preparation. Investors could see their investment history, capital and profit received, active productions, statements and updates. Access, content and the first release are agreed separately.

Where we would begin.

Bring one sample statement, the records behind it and your agreed distribution rules. We scope statement preparation first, then decide whether a portal adds value.

See how we build and test it

Before we begin.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. We start with the process you want to improve, then agree whether it needs a connection, an export or a separate tool. Compatibility and any migration are checked during scoping.

Who decides the financial rules and contract terms?

Your team and advisers approve those rules and templates. We implement the agreed process and test it against examples you have checked.

How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?

That depends on the process, the source data, connections and review requirements. We agree the first deliverable, price and schedule before development; there is no universal package or promised turnaround.

Who owns the software, and who supports it?

Ownership, source-code access, licences, hosting, maintenance and support responsibilities are set out in the project agreement. We can discuss managed hosting or deployment to your own environment.

What should we bring to a discovery call?

No preparation is required. If useful, have one spreadsheet, form or repeated task in mind. In 30 minutes we can talk through the process and identify what it would take to automate it.
