Team knowledge & email

Find the answer without interrupting the same person.

A familiar question arrives by email. The answer is in a guide, but the same person is interrupted to find it, draft a reply and decide who should follow up.

Discuss this process

Start with guidance your team trusts

Choose approved guides and documents, assign owners and define access by role. Answers should point back to relevant sources. If a source does not contain the answer, ask the right person rather than filling the gap.

Prepare a reply for review

Use the relevant guidance to help draft a response. A person checks the recipient, facts and proposed next step before sending. AI assistance does not replace professional judgement or make every answer correct.

Give the follow-up an owner

Where useful, connect the work to a task with an owner and due date. Knowledge, email and project tools can be built into the same workspace, starting with the specific bottleneck your team wants to address.

Where we would begin.

Bring one recurring question, the approved guidance behind it and an example reply. We agree what the assistant can use and what a person must review.

See how we build and test it

Before we begin.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. We start with the process you want to improve, then agree whether it needs a connection, an export or a separate tool. Compatibility and any migration are checked during scoping.

Who decides the financial rules and contract terms?

Your team and advisers approve those rules and templates. We implement the agreed process and test it against examples you have checked.

How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?

That depends on the process, the source data, connections and review requirements. We agree the first deliverable, price and schedule before development; there is no universal package or promised turnaround.

Who owns the software, and who supports it?

Ownership, source-code access, licences, hosting, maintenance and support responsibilities are set out in the project agreement. We can discuss managed hosting or deployment to your own environment.

What should we bring to a discovery call?

No preparation is required. If useful, have one spreadsheet, form or repeated task in mind. In 30 minutes we can talk through the process and identify what it would take to automate it.
