Know whose details are ready. See what is missing.
A production is about to start. Details arrive in different emails, documents are missing, and someone has to put it all together. Give each person one form and your office one place to see what still needs attention.
The questions can change with the role, production and the information your team needs. Details and requested documents stay together, rather than arriving in separate email threads. Your team decides what is appropriate to collect.
Review the exceptions
See who has completed their form, what is missing and what needs an office check. Follow up on the specific missing item. A completed form records information; your team still makes the required employment and payroll checks.
Use the information again
Once details have been reviewed, the relevant information can feed into contract or payroll preparation. Agree the receiving system, export format and access rules as part of the build. This does not replace your payroll provider.
Where we would begin.
Bring your current starter form and one example of the office review. We agree the questions, documents, status list and first handover.
Not necessarily. We start with the process you want to improve, then agree whether it needs a connection, an export or a separate tool. Compatibility and any migration are checked during scoping.
Who decides the financial rules and contract terms?
Your team and advisers approve those rules and templates. We implement the agreed process and test it against examples you have checked.
How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?
That depends on the process, the source data, connections and review requirements. We agree the first deliverable, price and schedule before development; there is no universal package or promised turnaround.
Who owns the software, and who supports it?
Ownership, source-code access, licences, hosting, maintenance and support responsibilities are set out in the project agreement. We can discuss managed hosting or deployment to your own environment.
What should we bring to a discovery call?
No preparation is required. If useful, have one spreadsheet, form or repeated task in mind. In 30 minutes we can talk through the process and identify what it would take to automate it.
